ListingHQ ("ListingHQ," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by The Home Owners Listing Team at RESF, provides a GoHighLevel application that connects Ylopo, IDX, Follow Up Boss, and AI Assistantz into a unified real estate workflow. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.listinghq.co and to the ListingHQ application installed within your GoHighLevel account.

1. Information we collect

To deliver the ListingHQ integration, we process the following categories of data on your behalf:

• Account & authorization data. When you install ListingHQ, we receive the GoHighLevel location/account identifiers and OAuth access tokens required to read from and write to your account.
• Contact & lead data. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, property interests, and related activity that flow between GoHighLevel, Ylopo, IDX, and Follow Up Boss as part of your normal lead workflow.
• Activity & event data. Webhook events (for example, Ylopo registrations, showings, favorites, and views), notes, tasks, pipeline stage changes, and AI call summaries or transcripts surfaced by AI Assistantz.
• Usage & technical data. Standard log information such as timestamps, API request metadata, and error diagnostics used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information solely to provide and improve the ListingHQ service, including to:

• Sync contacts, notes, tasks, and pipeline data between your connected tools;
• Capture and route Ylopo, IDX, and Follow Up Boss events to the correct records;
• Surface AI call activity and dashboard reporting inside GoHighLevel;
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contact or lead data flowing through your account for advertising.

3. Third-party services

ListingHQ exchanges data with the services you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies:

• GoHighLevel — the platform ListingHQ runs inside;
• Ylopo — lead generation and event source;
• IDX Addons — property search and listing data;
• Follow Up Boss — CRM contact and activity sync;
• AI Assistantz — AI call handling and transcripts.

We share data with these providers only to the extent necessary to perform the integration you have requested.

4. Data storage & security

We retain only the data needed to operate the integration and apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access tokens are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections.

5. Data retention

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your ListingHQ installation is active. When you uninstall ListingHQ or request deletion, we delete or de-identify the associated authorization data and configuration within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights & choices

You may disconnect ListingHQ at any time by uninstalling it from your GoHighLevel account, which revokes our access. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Children's privacy

ListingHQ is a business tool intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
